  • 1.  PVU Subcapacity Not Reflecting Additional Proc

    We permanently added 4 additional procs to our PD partition back in December and it appears that the PVU Subcapacity Product report is still showing the old values. There hourly job is running on the AS400 partition and it looks like the generated XML is not picking up the change. The processor core count in the XML does not appear to be updated properly.

    please be sure you are using the latest scanner 9.2.26. After upgrading to the latest scanner, if issue remains, please see

    Troubleshooting discovery by disconnected scanner (disconnected scenario)

    collect logs and open a support case
