Hi,
Is there any configuration available in webMethods for purging different kinds of logs created internally by the product.
E.g:- Purging server logs, error logs, audit logs etc…

No, but there are services to archive / purge the database logs.
Documentation of archiving / puring log data can be found in the Monitor_Users_Guide - Archiving or Deleting Logged Data
