    I rebranded pqc-combo to pqc-fips:
    100% Rust, no_std + no_alloc + std + alloc, Kyber + Dilithium + AES256GCM + Shake256/Sha3
    KAT tests ARE done + POST, PCT, CASTs, State Machine, CSP Controls, Zeroization, side-channel resistance & close to Level 2 NIST FIPS 140-3
    using Libcrux & RustCrypto pure rust libs; NO FFI, NO C I will eventually add all 21 of the NIST algo variations once they're made, it wont be until mid-2027
    MIT license, on github and crates.io
