    This weekend I got news from IBM that I am recognized as an IBM Champion for 2025. Hope to be of added value in the future and meet some if not all of you in Orlando.

    HI everyone,

    Yesterday, I got my e-mail from Libby Ingrassia and her team, welcoming me as IBM Champion for 2025.

    I have been working with IBM systems running AIX ever since around 1990 and have always felt comfortable with the hardware (especially since POWER5) and AIX, supporting it in many ways I can for customers with on-site systems and since 2018 also the AIX-customers running SAP, HANA, Oracle and DB2 on our POWER-on-cloud offering Cloud|Power.

    Last year, fueled by some IBM Champions I know, decided to follow-up and try to nominate for IBM Champion. So glad it worked!
    I will continue my commitment to AIX and the POWER ecosystem, hope to be of help/assistance here in the communities and meet some of you in person in Orlando (and possibly other places).

    In the e-mail from Libby Ingrassia it clearly mentions that you need to do three (4) separate things before or on January 31 (at the latest):

    1. Print, sign, scan and e-mail the Agreement for the IBM Champion program.
      Be sure to rename the PDF to something with your full name in it, and Reply to All (or at least to the weird Box address)

    2. Be sure that you are a member of the IBM TechXchange community and the IBM Champions public community.
    3. Follow the instructions in the PDF to update your community profile and your IBM Champion Expert profile.
    4. E-mail a message with "All done!" to Libby and the ibmchampions@ibm.com address.


    If you have urgent questions and don't know how to complete these tasks in time, e-mail your questions or problems to ibmchampions@ibm.com.
