Hi friends! Hopefully an easy question for you:

After propensity score matching two cohorts on demographic and perioperative variables, I still have statistically different variables between the matched groups. How can I control for these differences so not to influence when I'm looking for statistical differences in outcome variables? OR What should I do different when propensity score matching to help eliminate these differences? Maybe take away variables used to match that were not significantly different in the first place?
