    Hi,

    When I am trying to create a promotion through commerce accelerator (v7 base, no feature pack), but I see the buttons in the promotion screen disabled. I logged in to the accelerator through site admin. But still the buttons are disabled. Is it because of any access policies or is there any problem with v7 Base version.

    The promotions tooling in accelerator could be disabled on the instance of WC.

    The link explains the process of disabling promotions in accelerator. Please check if this is the case.
