    Hi, We have some AS400 systems need to be monitored by the prometheus, does any one has that kind of experience.  And where can i find the node exporter for AS400? Thanks!

    Great question - integrating AS400 systems with Prometheus isn't straightforward since there's no native node exporter for IBM i. However, it's absolutely possible through a hybrid setup.

    You can:
    1️⃣ Use custom scripts (via QShell or Python on PASE) to expose performance metrics like CPU, memory, job stats, etc., in Prometheus-readable format (JSON or plain text).
    2️⃣ Alternatively, deploy an intermediate Linux-based exporter that pulls data using IBM i Navigator APIs or SSH commands from your AS400.

    Not sure if you need a simple integration or you do require Prometheus. 

    Both Luca & Rohit provided the current open source one for you, to use and can change it to customize on your own flexibility (the instructions to it is also quite clear). 

    If you do however just need simple monitoring , perhaps have a look at this ?
