I am new to AIX, can any body explain me the following:

    1) Difference between profile and .profile directories.
    2) What is SWVPD and the use of symbolic links associated with a file set.
    Command to verify them.
3)Due to the corruption in the blocks, we want to move a filesystem from one
PV to other PV which is having free space within same VG. Is it possible?
How to go about the same.
    4) Please explain the VMSTAT command output and its usage with examples.

    Thanks a lot in advance,
    Ramakrishna
