Hi,
I have created a profile in TN using Dashboard. When we search the profile in TN it is visible and is in Active state but when we try opening the profile from TN console it doesn’t open. Please let me know if someone has faced this issue earlier and solution for the same.

What version of IS/TN are you using?? When you tried to open the profile do you see any error/exception pops up or any message in the IS error log??Could you check it and confirm

we are using 6.5 version.
No error / exceptions are shown while opening profile.

Once possibility is that the profile data got corrupted in TN while updating (usually through other interfaces other than TN console)
. Is this dash board your custom web interface?
