The company I work for manages all our iOS devices in MaaS360. Our APNs certificate is up-to-date and our DEP token was renewed within the past few months. ABM shows it is successfully communicating with our MDM server with an up-to-date timestamp.
However, after updating several iOS devices to 18.6, performing data wipes through MaaS360, and attempting to log in to our company's management profile through the setup wizard, users (including myself) are receiving the "Profile Installation Failed" message, essentially turning these iPhones into paperweights.
IBM support initially instructed me to delete the devices I'm working with in MaaS360, put the device in DFU mode, and reattempt the setup procedures but I'm still facing the same message.
Is anyone else dealing with this issue with their iOS devices right now?
