The 'stopped with result' information is largely useless.  I recommend you activate the launcher logging in the dtx.ini be removing the semi colon from this line:

;launcherlog=ewsc

New log files (ending with .txt) will be created in the logs sub-directory on Launcher startup.  These may contain clues as to what causes the shutdown.

Creation of .dbl files in Production systems is generally discouraged, but in itself should not be the cause of Launcher failure.
