Process Instances Monitoring issue

    Hi All,

    I want to monitor my process instances through My webMethods Server 6.5.2.

    I have configured WmComAuth package and My webMethods Server System configuration. I am able to see all the deployed processes in webMethods Cofiguration > Process Configuration > Business Processes. But when I go to Business Monitoring > Process Instances their is no matches found although my tables are not empty. Their no error messages in the logs.

    Did I miss a configuration somewhere ? Did anyone face the same problem ?

    Please do not hesitate to ask for more information if needed.
