I am operating BpmsTrial Demo and I have a question.

I operate as below.
MWS > Applications > Monitoring > Business > Process Dashboards
For the message “open or save json file?” in IE 10 on Windows 2012,
how should I operate to show diagrams related process?

I have never seen the message “open or save json file?”
Which button / control / … did you click before the message appeared?
I might need to involve other experts.

For the time being it might be helpful if you could attach a screen shot showing the message and its context.

Even when I push “Cancel” for the message “open or save json file”,
there seems to be no problem.

The message can be ignored to push “Cancel”?

meanwhile we have reproduced this issue internally using IE 11.
As a temporary workaround you may also use another browser like Firefox or Gnome.
