I’m running IS 4.6, TN 4.6 and Oracle 8.1.7i and i’m getting following error :

TRNSERV.000012.000091 Could not get profile summaries. java.lang.NullPointerException java.lang.NullPointerException at wm.tn.profile.getProfileSummaries(profile.java:79) at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Native Method) at (PooledThread.java(Compiled Code)) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:512) 0

The TNConsole works fine.
I removed the line “tn.webmgr.46config=true” from properties.cnf and i still get the same error.

Can someone help?

After the change in the properties.cnf file, just Restart the IS/TN server or reload the WmTN package.

Last chance Instead of removing the line just set the parameter to(tn.webmgr.46config=false)in the WmTN/Config/properties.cnf file and reload the WmTN Package or restart TN server.
