Besides TN is up and running, when I try to access it via browser, it opens the page, but the left dashboard menu doesn’t shows up and it throws an exception:

The Server could not process your request because the following error occurred. Contact your server administrator.

which wM version are you referring to?

Please note that the package WmTNWeb has been deprecated some years ago and is no longer shipped with wM 9.x and newer.

If you are on version 9.x and above, refrain from using TN web console and use MWS.
