  • 1.  Problems with Cognos for MS Office and MS365

    Hello together,

    we use Excel 365 (Version 16.0.14326.20782) and installed the latest FP of Cognos for Microsoft Office (11.0.1.118 - 64bit) and connect against 11.2.1 Server.

    The Sidebar, where we normally see the Server content and the reports, stays "blank".

    The connect works fine. The Server logs do not show errors.

    The client logs show two types of errors:

    (1) Log_rroeber_CognosSessionMonitor_220616_150134.json

    Has anyone successfully used CfMO with a MS365 client?

    I'm not sure if this is related to CfMO as we only use PAfE but we have a note to change the following setting in Excel to be "Optimize for compatibility" whenever a user complains of a blank content/navigation pane within excel when using PAfE.
