Hi People, I tell you I have installed BPM Suite in a virtual machine and we are using it as a server. I copied the Designer’s files from the installation to my pc connected on net and configured IS and MWS Server, that’s ok. But when I create a CAF Project (for tasks or portlets), it shows the following error:

The type javax.portlet.PortletPreferences cannot be resolved. It is indirectly referenced from required .class files

So I can not publish it and test it.

Do you know why it happens?

Have you tried installing the designer using Installer instead of copying?

Its one-time setup you do of this kind. Its always better to have it installed then copying.
