  • 1.  Problem with pub.estd.rosettaNet:processDocument

    When i send an internal document to to RosettaNet module using pub.estd.rosettaNet:processDocument, i have a following error:

    com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: com.wm.estd.rosettaNet.RosettaNetException: com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: [101.518] *** Exception: Unable to connect to database!

    And in the error tracking it seem that the problem is service

    pub.estd.rosettaNet:processDocument
    wm.estd.rosettaNet.transportHandlers:processDocument
    pub.prt.tn:handleBizDoc cannot connect to the database.

    I’ve also check the DB connection but everything is OK.

    Can anyone pls help me.

    I reconfigure the JDBC pool and restart the server. So the problem disappeared

    Yes, i did that and problem appeared again.
