    problem while installing fix pack

    hi, i got problem while installing fix pack.
    i used update installer and kept my fix pack in maintenance folder.
    but while installing , it's saying that can't recognize the fix pack.
    plz, reply what should i do?

    Check the version of Fixpack and Updater which is being used.

    Always download the latest version of UPDATE INSTALLER, if you donwload the latest version, but the error still there, do a Silent Installation adding the log trace command.

    plz check whether you are using the fixpack higher then updi it may causes the problem or both versions should be same it's better.
