Problem installing/configuring myWebmethods

  • 1.  Problem installing/configuring myWebmethods

    When I try to enable execution of a model with myWebmethods 6.5.2.0.82 (build 3/21/2006) no models are discovered. The IS log shows the following error:

    Error in converting to table for viewing: com.wm.monitor.util.MonitorException
    Could not retrieve: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 4
    Exception occurred while processing the body of the message

    I have fresh install from Advantage, comprised of:
    IS 6.5 and SP1
    Developer
    Broker
    Broker Admin
    Modeler
    Administrator
    myWebMethods server and client (6.5.2.0.82 7/27/2006)
    Optimize

    I have a similar installation that works ok on another computer. It was installed a year ago
    MWM version 6.5.0.3.142 6/9/2005

    The main difference lies in the enhanced functionality of MWM (web services, optimize)

    Any suggestions?

    • Make sure that Wmcomauth package is configured correctly

    • Make sure you applied following patches :

      • [FONT=Arial]BPO-UI 6.5.1 Fix 1
      • [/font][FONT=Arial]Monitor_6-5-1_SP1_Fix1
      • [/font]Monitor_6-5-1_SP1_Fix2

    - Try to reload WmMonitor package in Integration Server Administrator
