    We are getting errors deploying a system for AIX RS6000, but if we deploy for a Windows, Linux, or HP system there is no error.

    The problem only occurs if deployed for AIX RS6000. If we choose Windows or whatever other system, there is no problem, and the msl is deployed ok, so this is not a ftp permissions problem.

    In the other hand, if we change from Spanish installation to English installation of Design Studio tools, there is no problem with AIX neither other systems.

    Seem to be a Spanish language installation problem only.

    We are having some trouble with our account at IBM since it changed from Ascential Software.

    We are not able to download new packages, and IBM sent 8.1.0.2 (38) to us via CD.

    Is there any other link in order to download that patch ?

    I think every client has had contractual problems since the takeover. You need to keep harrasing your account manager and send him a copy of your contract. Tell him/her it's affecting your live operation.
