    However when i snd a PDF the file comes out as about 10-20 pages original is 2 pages of garbage, with "%PDF-1.4" at the top the first page.

    I can view the file in XPDF and GhostScript on the machines, using both a local desktop and exporting to my local machine.

    This is my first foray into printing on unix and i have read the Printing for fun and Profit redbook on the site. However I am stumped as to how this should work.
