We are using Primary Email as our preferred protocol and we are using wm.tn.transport:primarySmtp service for sending email to the partner. Our problem is the partner don’t receive any email. Our SMTP Server was configured in Admin Console->Logging settings and it’s in separate physical machine.
Does anybody know how to fix this problem? Thanks for any help.
