    Hi Everyone,

Please advise if the following options that are currently available in Architect, are available in PAW / PAfE somewhere or will be going forward?

    - The option to drag a TI process to a folder in Applications for quick access
    - To publish a Word / PDF document for users to access.

    Thank you,
    Yolani

    Hi Yolani,

Based on feedback in the AMA's linking objects into applications like we do in Architect/Perspectives will not be supported.
Similarly, uploading Word documents will not be supported.

Applications will be renamed to Websheets, which happened recently, and this is all that will be accessible in PAW.

@Svetlana Pestsova - I think it may have been you that explained this - Is this correct?

    Hi,
There are other abilities available in PAW that provide similar functionality.
In PAW you can embed websites.  You can add an embedded window for SharePoint or other web tool that contains your word document.
You can create a work bench in PAW that contains the grouping of TI's that you want together available for editing.  If you just want to be able to run those TIs, then you can create a book that has buttons to run those TI processes.  In both cases you store the work bench/book in the PAW folder structure.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the feedback.
We did a workbook with Action buttons, but just takes more time then dragging and dropping :-)

    Hi,

That brings up an interesting idea.  If I remember correctly, in the up coming 2.0.79, you will not be able to edit TI in a PAW book.  What is the default action in a PAW book when you drag a process into a book?  Will it default to an action button?  That would restore most of the dragging and dropping functionality.

    Hi All,
Yes, the name of the folder node in the data tree is now "Websheets" not to mixed it up with Applications and Plans flow. It contains all the TM1 Websheets and they could be grouped by folders. Note that this node is not available in the Database tree in the Workbench as the editing of these objects is not supported there.

Correct that as of 2.0.79 relese the TI processes won't be available in Report and Analysis books. If you are an administrator or modeler and you attempt to open a book that contains a process
in 2.0.79 or later, you'll receive a notification that process editing must be performed on a
workbench. You can click Open in workbench to immediately open the process on a new
    workbench.
The Action button would continue to support the TI process actions to execute with the parameters.
    Best Regards,
    Svetlana
