I have a problem when attempting to preview .mp4 video files in IBM Content Navigator, the preview works intermittently.

Every second attempt results in the following browser error:
CIWEB1060: The document cannot be converted from the source content type video/mp4 to the target content type text/html.
The conversion utility cannot convert the document to the target content type. For example, the utility might not be able to convert a Word Perfect document to a PDF document.
Ask your system administrator to update the web client configuration to use a different conversion utility.

In the WebSphere logs, the following error appears:
java.lang.RuntimeException: The document cannot be paginated. This method is only available for paginated documents.

Other document types txt, pdf etc. preview correctly.
