Pre-requisite to build a Lineage in Knowledge Catalog

    We have the lineage option enabled in the catalog for our assets. When I click on the lineage, I see the selected asset, but I don't know the lineage. I was under the impression I would be able to see something similar to what I read in this article written by Andrzej Wrobel, an IBM architect.

    Hello

    It depends on the version you use. Until 5.1.0 you had following to populate Business Lineage tab:

    In 5.1.0 or later we have unified lineage, this is post Manta acquisition that brings together business lineage and Manta technical lineage . See this for API https://cloud.ibm.com/apidocs/data-lineage
