Hello Muhammad,
I also hesitated to use HNV for a long time.
SEA was simple, easy to automate, and capable of LPM.
With Power10/11, I almost exclusively use HNV.
Automation is no longer an issue, and vNIC works excellently with LPM.
The performance on networks above 10 Gbps is noticeable, and the CPU on the VIO servers is lower.
It's important to plan for sizing and network architecture, as each network card only has a certain number of logical ports (e.g., 40, which is a lot, but sometimes not enough).

Subject: PowerVM SEA vs HNV configuration
What is the opinion about HNV (Hybrid Network Virtualization) with SR-IOV at Power11 S1122s?
Should we consider as standard Power Systems deployment?
What are the limitations & benefits of HNV configuration over SEA (PowerVM)
How do we monitor the HNV statistics over HMC
