    hi team ,

    What are the best methods to move the resource group into a secondary node without any impact ?
    What issues will occur while moving the resource group and how can we rectify them?

    Can you clarify what you mean by "without any impact"?  If you are trying to take an active resource group on Node A and active the resources on Node B, there will be a small outage.

    @kevin : Thanks for the response , recently  we tried to move the resource group into a secondary node and  it was very slow , in_stable , finally rebooted both nodes and started the cluster services .
