what are the differences and which one contains the internal disks (hdisk) ?

I don't know any way to actually verify where the disks are other than by physically looking at the system. However, you should have disks associated with every one of those SAS adapters. I found the link below to be very helpful in explaining the disk layout. This is for the 5802 I/O drawer

For redundancy, you'd likely want to have one SAS adapter from each of two different drawers.
