    Especially providing the Register of Information Data in case you have several ICT third-party service providers included as subcontractors is challenging

    From an ICT service provider's perspective, it is quite a challenge to require an LEI or EU-ID from all subcontractors, required for the information registry. Especially since microenterprises are not excluded. In addition, many IT subcontractors are based in USA, so compliance then can be a challenge.
