    Hello Everyone,

    In one of our customer portal For Mac devices, the policy compliance state is not available(in device View). 

    If I take 10 mac devices only 4 devices are showing the compliance state but in the remaining devices, it is not available(blank). Both showing and not showing devices have the same policy and everything.

    My question is what would be the reason for not showing the compliance state it should show as either in compliance or out of compliance.

    Please let me know your suggestions to solve this issue.
