You guys have any POC to transfer the IMG from mobile(using mobile Designer) to webMethods and stored in wM DB?

yes, we have different demos where we use the camera feature from MobileDesigner to take the image and store it on device first.
With the mobile development perspective it is also quite simple to make a (REST) connection to wM IS and sending the picture to this.
Dou you need help in creating such a sample project for your specific use-case?
