Has anyone noticed performance issues on Platform 4.5.1.

This seems to be related to disableing of caching on the http headers from a new setting in the TRIRIGAWEB.properties file

#Set value to no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate to not use cached response
httpheader.Cache-Control=no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate

Our security folks required us to use those settings even before 4.5.1. Yes, it does have a performance cost.

In TRIRIGA SaaS environments, we comment out this line by default. Site is unusable with this setting. 

Did IBM approve of turning the caching back on.  We have not been able to get an answer on if this is supported or not

I'm in the IBM TRIRIGA SaaS team. We internally discussed and decided to disable it for all our systems. Having that enabled makes site unusable so there was no choice. For IBM TRIRIGA SaaS internal use it was approved to disable it. 

FYI for all .  This fixed our issue after we upgraded from 3.7.0 to 4.5.0.  We had horrible lag with just opening leases.  It would take upwards of 20-30 seconds for the tabs to load and display on the page. 

Removing this option in our Unix systems  TRIRIGAWEB.properties resolved it. 

This is not just 4.5.1 and SAAS
