Hello,
we are using IBM Planning Analytics TM1 on Windows 10 machines. Once in a while someone reports that their Excel plugin has vanished. They have to attach is again. We keep our plugin "IBM_PAfE_x64_2.0.74.4.xll" files on our C: drive, so not in any shared folders. The only thing I can think of is a process that clears our profiles somehow. As usual, our desktop admins say "it's not us".
Can anyone please share their experience?
How can I debug this?
Should I look into the Event Viewer?
What should I look for?
Where are the settings stored in the user profile, if there is such a thing?
