We have a clients using Planning Analytics Local with Planning Analytics Workspace as the dashboarding and reporting interface. The current software versions are:
Issues:
When the canvas properties are set to Absolute and a user attempts to export or share a dashboard to PDF, the "Building PDF" progress bar hangs. We have tested various combinations in the export settings, but the issue persists.
If the export is left to complete, a print preview eventually appears with the following behavior:
- The tab that was active when the Share button was clicked displays correctly.
- All subsequent tabs are cut in half.
However, if the dashboard is placed into Edit mode and then exported to PDF, the export completes successfully and the print preview renders correctly, with no tabs cut off.
Anyone experience the same behavior?
