We have several Perpetual Licenses and every couple of years we reimage our lab and reinstall the SPSS product. Last year was the first time we ran into activation issues on just 1 license, this year we have several that will not activate because we are out of activations. I am aware that the only course of action is to post to this forum and have the activations reset so we can use the products we own.

Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) so that we can immediately process your request.
