    Dear all,

    Hope you are doing well.

    Please can someone suggest how to overcome this issue. I have installed PerfServlet App in WAS 8.5 and when I try to test from the browser, I face below error:

    XML Parsing Error: no element found
    ....
    Line Number 1, Column 1:

    Please help!

    To add on it, there is an exception as below for this issue in the systemout logs:

    servlet       E com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.servlet.ServletWrapper service SRVE0014E: Uncaught service() exception root cause controller: com.ibm.websphere.servlet.error.ServletErrorReport: java.lang.IllegalAccessError: Class com/ibm/ws/pmi/perfServlet60/XmlPrinter illegally accessing " " member of class com/ibm/websphere/product/WASProduct
