Hi there, and welcome! You've come to the right place.
This is a common issue after a major OS upgrade, and the error message PFR5502
actually gives us the key.
Understanding the Problem
The error says the performance data was created with a newer tool than the one you are using. Even though you migrated your operating system to V7R5M0, it sounds like your Performance Tools for i (licensed program 5770-PT1, often installed as Option 33) were not upgraded and are still at V7R4M0.
This creates a mismatch: your system is running at V7R5M0 and collecting data for that release, but your analysis tool is too old to read it. The PTF you applied was likely for the older V7R4M0 tool and won't fix this.
The Solution
The recovery message is correct: you need to install the V7R5M0 version of the Performance Tools for i licensed program.
You can check which version is installed by using the GO LICPGM
command on your system. Once you confirm the version, you can proceed with installing the correct one for V7R5M0. That should let you access all your new performance data without any errors.
Hope that helps you get back on track!

Subject: Performance Tools
Hi to all, I do not know if this is the correct forum; if not, please give me the right one. I just migrated from V7R3M0 to V7R5M0, and the performance tool stays in V7R4M0. Give me this error.
