Hi Team,
Until last month, we were using ISVA version 10.0.9.1. Earlier this month, we upgraded to IVIA 11.0.2. Since the upgrade, multiple users have been experiencing performance issues while accessing IBM W3 URLs via the proxy.
The affected users are IBM vendor partners connecting through GlobalProtect VPN. They are reporting significant slowness, and in some cases, the pages fail to load entirely.
We have already raised several product support tickets; however, the team has not yet been able to identify the root cause.
Could you please advise if there are any additional checks, configurations, or considerations required post-upgrade that might help resolve this issue? Any guidance on how to proceed further would be greatly appreciated.
