    Hi Fred, 

    When offloading a backup to a TDP for VE host using the VAD, you can do file-level restore using that target TDP for VE Web GUI to do the mount of the selected guest and then copy the needed files from the mounted backup image. Also, you can use the native Recovery Agent GUI to do the mount.
