Is there a similar document for migrating form IIBv10 to ACE12?

Or is the content of this pdf in general also applicable to the migration to ACE12?

We are preparing a migration from IIBv10 on AIX7.1 on prem to ACE12 in Openshift (Azure).

we are now soms time later,
