You could always create and then save a view to get you as close as you need.
Then amend it, once exported, to finalise your finished requirement
You just need to be a little careful, but I have done it myself a number of times

Thanks for reply! problem here is that you cannot save dynamic report as a view. you can save exploration as a view, but in exploration you cannot build complex format I would like to have in dynamic report.. Not sure if I worded it well.. Thanks!

Right-click the view you want, choose "Dynamic Report", and then choose where you would like the next one
