Hi,

We have an issue in Planning Analytics for Excel when creating dynamic reports.  We use "Captions" to rename dimensions.  However, when creating a "Dynamic Report" the system dimension names are used.

To create the Dynamic report, I go to the IBM Tree panel and right click on a view and click Dynamic report.  in the image below column B is showing the system dimension names and we need to show the caption.

Is there a setting somewhere or an alternative way of creating a dynamic report that will use the Captions and not the system dimension names?

Paul,

For Dynamic Reports, you would need to use the Alias property of the TM1RPTROW formula to obtain an alternate caption. I do not believe localized captions are supported in the formula reports. However, Quick Reports and Explorations will retrieve the localized caption.
