  • 1.  PAW57 Forecast Feature strange behaviour with sample data

    Posted 10/28/20 06:35 AM
    Hi all,

I have a very strange behaviour with the new forecasting feature in PAW57.
I downloaded the sample file forecasting_tutorial.csv from IBM and created a new cube etc. and imported the data.
I did the same steps as mentioned in the forecasting tutorial (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSD29G_2.0.0/com.ibm.swg.ba.cognos.tm1_prism_gs.2.0.0.doc/prpa_forecast_downlprepsampledata.html)

But when I try to preview the forecast the system gives me values that are way too high for all members of the dimension.
    Please see attached screenshots.

When I write the values in the cube, it is for example in 2014 "3.746.415.234.388.593".

Does anybody else have the same behaviour or knows how to fix this?

    Thank you and BR
