  • 1.  PAW unable to export Workbook

    Hi there

    PAW is unable to export a workbook with 27 tabs. The workbook contains mostly grid-type reports with limited graphs and images. PAW version is 83.

    Error in tm1web logs:

    We have updated the cell counts to 10 000 000 and workbook tab count to 50, still, we are unable to export. Smaller workbooks with 17 tabs export fine.

    Has anyone come across a similar error?

    Hi Francois,
    It would be better to log a support case to fully investigate your scenario.

    Btw, the way to aproximately estimate the transfer size of the book would be to check the network tab. The images could contribute a good number towards the size, so you may consider to be lighter on the image usage.

    Hi Francois

    When I try to export a book using Chrome, nothing happens at all, however, if I use Edge on the same book, it works fine.
    Have you tried with a different browser ?

    Hi everyone,

    We resolved the issue. It ended up being a hidden sheet that gave a circular references error in all of the DBRWs when we unhid the sheet and publish. This caused the workbook to break. We fixed this report and published it again. 

    Exporting on Firefox, Edge, and Chrome is working fine now.
