When working in the new set editor.

1. Why does it have to take up so much space on my screen?
   I like to see what is behind it when modifying.
   The optimal would be to apply without closing and see the result behind the open dialogue. 
2. Why do I have to move my mouse all the way to the bottom of the screen to commit or cancel changes?
3. Why are there no keyboard shortcut alternatives? 

The above goes against all work ergonomic theories I know. 

IBM, please consider this for future enhancements.
