Hello PAW Experts,
One of my team members has created a PAW report using the Finance_Dev TM1 instance, with the following objects:
- TM1 Instance: Finance_Dev
- Cube: 1_IncomeStatement
- Measure Dimension: 1 Income Statement measures
I now need to migrate this report to Production, where the object names are different:
- TM1 Instance: Finance_Prod
- Cube: IncomeStatement
- Measure Dimension: IncomeStatement_m
Is there a way to migrate the existing PAW report and relink it to the new cube and dimension names without recreating the report from scratch?
I understand that we can replace the server/instance reference using Lifecycle Manager, but I am not sure how to update the cube and dimension references.
I also tried editing the report specification using Ctrl+Q+/, but this did not work for me.
Has anyone encountered a similar scenario or can recommend a way to update these object references during migration?
Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
