    Hello community,
During the backup of our Planning Analytics Workspace environment, we've noticed that there an error message which ends of one zip file missing (redis.zip).
    Backing up paw_redis to redis.zip

Exception calling "Write" with "3" argument(s): "Stream was too long."

    At C:\windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules\Microsoft.PowerShell.Arch

    ive\Microsoft.PowerShell.Archive.psm1:820 char:29

    + ... $destStream.Write($buffer, 0, $numberOfBytesRead)

    + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [], MethodInvocationException

    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : IOException
Any idea about what cause this error ?
Is there a dedicated documentation for Planning Analytics Workspace technical administration (microservices, backups, mornitoring...).
    Thx,

Hi, unfortunately this is a known defect.  The issue is on the Microsoft side of things:

    https://github.com/PowerShell/Microsoft.PowerShell.Archive/issues/19

I will look to see if there is a known workaround, or you can open a support ticket to inquire.

In the meantime, one solution is to stop "redis" then use another tool like 7zip to zip the .AOF file

    Thanks Scott for the update.
So it's due to a Microsoft limitation to 2GB sizes of the .Net ZipFile class.
Does that mean that backuping a PAW instance produce files larger to 2Go ?
We're still in a deployment phase so we don't have so many assets (couple of hundreds) but I'm quite concern as we should open widely the solution to our user community :-(
Any advice about administering (backuping, restoring, monitoring...) a PAW instance ?
    Regards
