Hi, I am a developer with previous knowledge in other plattforms such as BluePrism and UiPath and recently got a project to work in IBM Cloud Pak For Business Automation. 

What certification or pathways/courses should developers do to be able to work in the plattform? I´ve searched and most of them seem to be aimed towards Sloution Architects and Business Analysts.

That will mostly depends on your need. In which area are you involved in the CP4BA? 

There were many course for developers within the five pillars of the cloud pak for BA. Courses for developing a capture app, workflow and so on. You have mentioned Blueprism et UIpath and there are also courses for rpa developers. You will find those courses within the training platform. IBM recently changed their way for delivering training.
