    Is mass360 able to open the device (Mac, windows) after restoring even if employee has changed the password? We have seen that it is possible in iOS and Android but for Mac, windows it is not clear if mass360 has this functionality.

    Could you provide me a few more details just so I'm clear on the workflow you are asking about?  Is this about MaaS360s ability to retain management after a mac/windows devices is wiped clean and restored?

    Hi Matt, 

    As you have understood correctly, I am asking about the mass360's ability to reset the password of mac or windows devices. For example, If the user forgets the password of his mac device, or if the user restores the machine then would admin will be able to reset the device password or open the mac device somehow. Similar to the password reset option in iPhone and Android.
